ABOUT THE SESSION

Three lighting professionals, each with vast practical experience and knowledge about LED lighting, discuss LEDs from the perspectives and experiences of an architect who is a luminaire designer, a controls expert and a lighting designer/specifier. Each with extensive experience in educating on the subject of light will share individual perspectives using specific projects to illustrate lessons learned.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Learn from experiences with LED as a new source, and the identifiable pitfalls and successes from individual projects.
  • Highlighted projects will demonstrate how learning from early experiences with LEDs can keep one safe as the source itself changes in technology and compatibility.
  • Explore how LEDs are expanding with the other elements in the lighting system in various industry segments.
  • Learn how to stay up-to-date on sources, lighting systems and controls as they evolve.
